I bought this for model lighting and what a pleasant surprise. They are almost microscopic but provide a lot of light for the size. Only requires about a 1mm hole. The positive lead has insulating varnish. There are separate sets of resistors included for a wide range of voltages (3V to 16V). They are a warm color temperature (estimate 2800K-3000K). I use a 12VDC bus for lighting.Solder the resistor for your voltage, drill a small hole, add a little PVA to hold in place and done. Thank you, seller.

way more than i needed or will ever have any use for again, but wired 7 of these onto an old 12v 500ma wall wart and they work great. not very bright, but then i did get the UV variant. said UV light is mostly in the high UV range, but works. dropped them inside of a resin mold, and now i have a glow in the dark castle with UV lights inside that charge the glowing very well. tried the various resistors with different voltages and they all seem to produce about the same level of brightness, while protecting the LED's, so they picked the right values, more or less.

I've used a few of these for the inside of some model ships I've built. They fit easily into just about anywhere, and it's very easy to wire them up to nearly any voltage with the included resistors! For how tiny they are, the output is very impressive! I've also bought the red and blue versions of this for some other projects I've got coming up soon. Highly recommend for anyone needing small lights for small places!

The lights work well and produce a bright warm clean light. They used a stiff wire that interfers with mounting in tight spaces. Like HO scale headlight housings. I was able to use them in number boards more easily and they will and do work well in hidden spaces. The 0603 light head is too big with the wires attached. They are also mounted in a small drop of resin which may make them waterproof and better suited for lighting drones. They various colors are well suited for signal heads. I won't be purchasing the white lights again due to room constraints but not do to any other issue. They seem to be good qualityIn

These lights are perfect for my miniature scenes. So easy to power up and light up my little rooms.

I required some very small, bright (white) LEDs for an locomotive project I was involved with recently. These LEDs definitely did the trick. The connecting wires are a very fine gauge motor wire and should be handled carefully. I 'strip' off the insulation by burning it with my soldering iron (said insulation is a lacquer coating). These lights can be very bright. I usually couple them with a 1K ohm resistor (greater resistance = dimmer light levels). I'll probably not use all 25 pieces in my lifetime...but these are well worth having around.

2010 Toyota Sienna overhead console buttons bulbs were burned out. I replaced them with these soft white LED's and inserted the supplied resistor in line with the power connector and they worked perfectly and perfect brightness and even dim correctly when dimming the dash lights - matched stock bulbs perfectly! Should never need changing again either!

Funcionan muy bien e iluminan bastante bien con solo 3v ( tipo de baterÃa CR2032)
