This door latch fit our Electrolux washer perfectly. It was easy to install and works great. Saved us a heap of money by not having to call a repairman.

This specific item from this specific vendor is outstanding. It appears that nobody really knows what to charge for these, and prices ranged from 5.00 - 70.00. It took me all of 3 minutes to replace this on out washer, and it works perfectly. Why, or how ANYONE would charge more than 10 bucks for this just stealing.

I was worried ordering this part as I could not use my washer until I replaced this specific part, but it fit perfect no adjusting, etc. Had it installed in less then 2 min and was washing again. I have an Electrolux washer.

It was easy to install, and it does latch the door. Opening and closing pressure is similar to the original. Price is 1/5 what Frigidaire wants for the OEM part. I was first mad that the washer wouldn’t start then, after longer than I want to admit, I remembered to plug it back in. The only flaw is the slightly bigger gap around the plastic part than was there previously, but who will notice that?

Was concerned that this item would not conform to the OEM specification. It may not, but, it works - for 75% less than the manufacturer's part. It seems to be operate a bit differently - a bit harder to close and open the door, but, it does close and allows the washer to operate and opens, just a stiffer motion. Do not know if it will work for the rest of the life of the washer, but, for me, I am moving in a few months, it will likely get me as far as I need to go. If not, the lower price point is definitely make the issue a cheap re- fix.
