After taking out the box I put in quality zip liner foam conformed exactly like product instructions said it would, Velcro is included but I did not need any of it. Great product highly recommended!

We bought these for our travel trailer, in the winter. Keeps out cold air and keeps in the heat. I am sure it will do the same thing in the summer, visa versa.
