I like the sound and the look of the fountain. It was very easy to put together. The sound of the water has been perfect for me. One minor issue is that a sound starts that overrides the water sound. I found that I only need to lift the fountain and turn the base a little and the sound goes away. No other issues.

Love the sound, size and look. Water needs to be added once a week or so. And the tubing/motor gets gunky and needs to be flushed every 3 months or so. Tried using spring water instead of tap. Didn’t matter. Still gets gooey and clogs up the water flow. I use a pipe cleaner to clear the tubing and wash the motor by hand. And then pray it turns back on. Gives me trouble but so far it eventually kicks back on.

The Agoodping 15.7" relaxation desktop waterfall fountain is perfect. It looks great sitting on my dresser and the sound of the water running is very relaxing. It is easy to assemble and feels like it is made of quality material that should last a while. I did have an issue though, the LED light that is inserted into the bottom bowl of the fountain failed about 2 weeks after I received it. The LED light really sets the fountain off from a visual perspective so I wanted it replaced. I contacted the seller through Amazon messaging and received a very prompt response. About 2 days after messaging the seller I received a new LED/pump since it is an integrated unit at no cost to me. I was very impressed with the seller's very fast response. With todays shipping times I was very surprised to receive the replacement so quickly. Between the beautiful fountain and the seller's quick response when I had an issue I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Arrived broken, the bowl where the fountain sits arrived broken, the way the package organized would break the bowl for sureTo be specific, the fountain sits on three edges (fins) inside the the bowl where the water reserve is, the three of them have to be there to hold the fountain and make it functioning, otherwise it will fall down and sink in the bowl, just like the chair, useless if any of the legs is brokenLuckily I am a handyman and I was able to fix it with stuff I have at home to avoid the hassle of returning and ordering something else again.It looks beautiful and the size is what we (my wife and I) are looking for but unfortunately there is an issue with the packaging (the factory packaging and sorting, the way they put the bowl, not the shipping package) makes it very easy to breakIt also makes some noise sometime but if you turn the fountain will hold the bowl it goes away.The water sound is really comforting, with reasonable level and it does not spill any waterHope they have better packaging, might be a better option

Wow! So peaceful the middle setting is perfect and no splashing. Lights are perfect and create a wave shimmer that is ambient and nice would recommend this as a perfect gift as it is the best size I found.

I wasn't super keen on the design of this fountain, but I wanted a fountain that had this cascading feature so there would be an actual water trickle sound instead of just a motor sound. This turned out to be a great fountain! It was incredible easy to put together. The motor is completely silent except for when you need to refill the water (which is nice because it's a sort of reminder to do this since it's only needed about 1x a week). It has a wonderful (and very audible!) trickling sound. I like the spinning ball light feature which I thought was very cheesy at first, but when the lights in the room are all out, the fountain light looks pretty on the walls and it acts as a night light. I was skeptical about the overall design, but I love how this fountain looks in my office, and I absolutely love how it sounds. If you're like me and have spent countless hours looking for a great indoor fountain that actually sounds like a fountain without loud motor noise and isn't crazy expensive, give this one a try! It would also be a great gift!
