I am just getting into terrariam building and needed some tools. Went to PetCo and they do have tools, but they are very expensive and you only got 3 tools for $20. This set is easy to use, great price for what I get, does exactly what I need and seems like they will last a lifetime. I would purchase again.

if youve ever seen aquascaping tools at the aquarium specialty store/section, youll know they can range in price and quality. these are great fpr my freshwater aquarium, the long length allows you to manage underwater plants with ease, as the distance reduces water disturbances, so you can plant your stems into your substrate, get that one leaf at the base of the stem, or scrape some snail eggs off your GLASS aquarium,(do not push hard it will scratch probably, not for plastic/acrylic as it scratches easily) the felt bag is handy for the storage of tools. My bag came worn/ slightly used. there are holes in the bottom of the bag -that could not have been punctured- by the -still in the plastic- tools. would rate 4 stars if the tools seem used at all, to my understanding i purchased a "new" product. item is still great and if you keep the tools in the plastic there is no loss of performance from the bag. ;)

These are quality tools and I wish I had ordered them months ago. They really help with planting and underwater trimming.

The finger holes on the scissors seem a little sharp, should have been rounded off, other than that, nice tools!

I just got these a few days ago and have used them already quite often. I can reach in the tank and move things around. I have a Potato puffer fish and these are great for offering him food. They are Extra long And make working in my tank much easier.

The products when used properly can help any aquatic enthusiast keep their plants proper trimmed. The scissors are very sharp and easy to grip. Just like any other metal, wipe them dry after each use. It came with a nice black velvet pouch. The sizes are exactly what they have advertised.

Great!Did not read the description, they are like clown tools they’re so huge lol I have a 5 gal tank. My fault but still great quality!Kept them for laughs.

I love the variety of tools to use..like the Guru Aquascapers online lol. I use this mainly on my 55g & its the perfect length. Whenever u are done make sure to dry them completely to prevent rusting or coming apart. The scissors need some type of lube to cut smooth but havnt looked into what is fish safe.
