This fit correctly in a 100x15 through axle hub and allowed me to use it in a 100x12 fork. It’s well enough made and finished and has o-rings at either end to keep it in place. Overall, it just works as intended.

Popped this adapter into my 15mmx100 thru axle hub and was able to run the wheel on a 12mmx100mm gravel bike fork. Works great.
