Yes it is a brand new inner tube. Yes it does fit. I hope it holds up. It is not really a tractor tube with a TR15 stem. The stem flange is not that rugged. It is on the tractor in a new Carlisle. The old tube had 5 patches and another leak. This is a big upgrade.

Purchased this tube for my 1961 JD 1010. Fit like a glove, tube was thick and well built not like that crap from China. Bought 2 just in case my other front tire gives out. Would def recommend it.
