This is nice quality wire. An important thing to remember is that while the description says “low voltage,†the important thing to keep in mind is amperage! You cannot run a lot of amperage through 16 gauge wire. I used this to make various adapter harnesses for a 1.5 amp power supply unit. One of the uses was for changing car batteries – to supply power to keep the memory on all of the components alive while the car battery is disconnected. Also, for bench testing small low-amperage components. The photos show two of the harnesses along with a repurposed computer power supply using the Hopkins Towing Solutions 47965 2-Pole Flat Extension, also available on Amazon .In this case, I’m only running 1.25 amps maximum, so 16 gauge wire is fine. More amperage will require heavier wire. But for this use, it’s great. The quality is good, the price is good, and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Wire was as advertised and worked great for running power from the fuse box to the new USB ports.

Well priced product. Extremely flexible, solders well, insulation strips easily. It will need support over horizontal runs to prevent sagging.

Lots of bang for your buck. Way less expensive than in store purchases.
