This combo includes the gong of your choice, gong stand, and a traditional Chinese Mallet. There is option to purhcase this combo with OR without an Open Air Mallet that is suitable for outdoor use. Please review all options before purchasing.
Gongs Unlimited's Sacred Space Outdoor Gong Stand is perfect for your garden, backyard, other landscaped area. Its design is reminiscent of a Japanese torii gate. Placed at the entrance of shrines, crossing through the torii gate reminds you that the sacred is near.
The Sacred Space Outdoor Gong Stand has legs that go easily into the earth with a simple push. The stand's paint should last for a few years in regular weather before it needs a touch up. Bronze gongs are fine outside, and can develop some attractive patina over time. (If you want to clean your gong, we have cleaners for that, and you can contact us with questions.)
This combo comes with a mallet but because it is wood and fabric, we suggest that you do not leave the mallet outside in the elements. Keep calm and carry your mallet with you to your sacred space.

It was kind of hard to put together - screws should be able tighten more but it works. The gong hammer was very unfinished raw wood white taped strips cover. I finished the wood myself with a polyurethane stain combo and 3 coats as wood was very raw. Found a red satin fabric at fabric store folded and slipped over end using a gold metallic coiled hair band to hold it on - very happy with it now

I purchased the Windsong gong and was completely pleased with the product. It is well made and is easy to put together.The video provided by the seller was helpful, just to reassure me I was assembling it correctly.I would suggest an eye screw be attached to the mallet, so it would make it easy to hang on the frame.Super service and delivery.
