I purchased as a gift and received exactly as described. It was a pretty design as well! I turn it and sounds beautiful, but it’s short rain sound , if I keep shaking it a little it will continue but I have to keep shaking it ( like you’re getting ketchup out of a bottle ) to hear the rest of the rain sound.. hard to explain :)

The nails are not all the way in. There is no place to hold the rain stick without getting stuck.
