The aluminum tubes were almost exactly 3/8" OD. Each tube was within 0.003" of the nominal size (0.375"). They also came with a polished finish with only a few minor scratches. The ends were very nicely cut though there were some small burrs on the edges but they were very easy to remove with some sandpaper.
