What can I say? They aren't that expensive, and the kids at the party can have fun and make some noise. I haven't seen one break, they appeal to kids. Easy to use just flick the wrist, come in fun largely neutral colors... A decent little party favor for kids as good as party hats and cake... Comes in a large pack of cheap thrills.

This version is flimsier than others I’ve purchased. Because the plastic is much thinner, there Isn’t as distinct a clap as with an older version I have.
