Many of them tore easily; they seem to be paper quality. So after multiple “blowing†and saliva build up, they just stop working. Good for price, but if you want quality spend a little more.

I bought these for a destination birthday celebration because they were easy to travel with. The kids loved them; they were not too loud and held up fine for the duration of the party.

My son had his four year birthday party and these were hit! Who would think these simple noisemakers would be so much fun. Since they are paper they do wear out or stop working if they get wet. Luckily this kid had 25 and it so we had plenty to pass around. I love all the color, variation and patter Otters, that made it very fun for each kid to pick out the one that they liked. We have some extras for other events.

It’s works for a few puffs then it just kind of stops, really small and flimsy they broke pretty easy when the kids got to them.

It’s just fun to wait for the right moment while watching TV or just daily life and blow one of these. Just makes people smile and maybe laugh.
