Ordered curb chain but needed heavier weight for my jewelry project so had to return. This curb chain would be perfect for light weight projects decorative, etc. Customer service was excellent the sent me this note along with full refund “ We just issued full refund to you, and you don't need to return it back since the shipping fee will cost too much, you can keep it as a gift.†Very satisfied even though the product didn’t meet my needs it could be perfect for yours.

I’ve ordered this chain 3 times. The first time it was fabulous and exactly as described. Second order was not gunmetal gray but rather it was full-on black, and the black seemed to be a plastic coating instead of the metal color. I kept it and reordered it a third time, thinking I’d messed up and ordered the wrong color. The third order was the black plastic coated as well. I want the gunmetal as described, but it is not what gets shipped. I won’t use it in my business again and will find a different supplier.

Look nice but they are really weak and will easily break if handled with a little bit of roughness.
