When I first got my Blackstone griddle, the only pair of tongs I had were some souvenir ones that were made of flat metal and non-locking. This meant that if I was trying to grab a large chicken breast covered in a marinade, the arms would flex and wouldn't hold the chicken. That doesn't allow for efficient cooking routine. These are "C-shaped" arms and are much more rigid. These allow for a strong hold on whatever you're grabbing onto.Additionally, most other tongs I've seen have double "scalloped" ends on them, but this set has one scalloped end and one spatula end giving you flexibility as to which side to use for getting under or around something. This allows you to get under something better to grab and flip it.Fantastic set with two lengths for whatever you need to do!!

I've been looking for a tong that has the different utensils at the end, the spatula on one tong and the regular grabber on the other. These are perfect for the grill as you can easily flip burgers with the spatula side but also grab a hot dog with the same tool.

I found these are better for grilling than as a general tool for the kitchen stove. I do love the 3ï¸âƒ£ tools in 1ï¸âƒ£ these are very well made too, so no need to stress there. Only reason I gave 4 stars âï¸ was due to them being better suited for grilling/griddles, so if you are only needing a tool for a grill top, then this is a 5 âï¸ product. ✌ðŸ½

Works great for the grill especially the longer one. Both are nice. Be careful if using on pans that might get scratched.
