This rolls so well over the dough. Just lightly flour the pin as needed. I really liked being able to roll my prepared pie dough onto the pin after rolling to transfer dough to pie pan! My husband enjoyed learning to make pie crusts! More hands in the kitchen and more shared time together. A WIN WIN!!
