It doesn't come with any adhesive, which is pretty standard for clarinet pads. I used hot glue and a lighter, and you can learn how to do it with some Youtube videos and online guides. It fits nicely on my clarinet and seals well, although it isn't made out of leather.

Can't tell if double skin or single layer, but seals well and appear consistent.

They are not leather pads, they are those cheap pads. Did not get leather pads.
