I recently purchased this wire cable for some projects at work, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The cable is sturdy and durable, capable of handling heavy loads without any signs of strain or wear. I used it to support festoon lighting that I wanted to be tight. One of the standout features of this wire cable is its flexibility. Despite its strength, it's surprisingly easy to bend and manipulate, making it ideal for various applications. Whether you're hanging lights, creating a clothesline, or securing objects in place, this cable gets the job done with ease.Another aspect I appreciate is the quality of the materials used. The cable feels well-made, giving me confidence that it will last for years to come.My only minor gripe is that the ends of the cable can be a bit tricky to work with, especially when it comes to securing them in place. However, with a bit of patience and the right tools, it's manageable.Overall, I highly recommend this wire cable for anyone in need of a reliable and versatile solution for their DIY projects. It's affordable, durable, and performs admirably in a variety of situations.

This is a really nice general assortment of cable and misc. component fixtures. In truth, some of the components, like the plastic stakes, aren't worth even considering for any application, but the other parts and pieces will help complete small, do it yourself style jobs. For myself, I needed the components the next day to modify a few wildlife relocation traps so I was pressed for time. The cable worked really well, the stainless eyelets are great and even the carabiner will be very helpful in attaching quick disconnect chain leads.Overall, this is will prove very hand to have around the shop and there is no doubt I'll be using bits and pieces for the occasional odd job.

Makes a great clothesline, antenna guy wire, and bracing wires for my 70 year old garage door.

This is a nice product that I was able to use to rig my outdoor lights. The cable and parts are good quality. It even comes with a wrench and a little measuring tape, but it doesn't come with directions. It's not hard to figure out, but I reckon some folks would benefit from some written tips and illustrations.

After watching a few tutorials on working with wire rope and the included pieces, I felt like a professional using all the fasteners and connectors to hang up our string lights. This kit came with so many options to make sure the job is done right! I thought I needed a special tool to cut the rope and clamp the little sleeves, but some sharp wire cutters and pliers were just fine. It's been about 2 weeks and we get lots of rain and wind, but these are still holding up our lights and feel very secure. I wanted to do this project on my own, but for our yard I needed the lights to be as high as I could get them and the wire rope does make them heavier so be careful and safe! I'm short so even on a tall ladder, I couldn't get them high enough with all the added weight. Had to get my husband to do the heavy lifting while I threaded, looped and added the hooks, clamps, small pieces. Team work makes the dream work! 💪ðŸ¼

This is a really solid kit. Hung a 16x16 shade sail and worked really well. Hardware is solid and seems to be good stainless as no rust after a full season of being outside. If you have a shade sail to hang, get it.

The cable is just heavy enough. The other fittings are a little bit light duty, but seem to do the job well. I hung my bistro lights on five different posts over about 75 feet. The lights were easy to install, and the kit included everything that I needed.
