These are super handy to have laying around. Not complicated or hard to use - hook em up, snug the line, and then spin the body to tighten even further. Makes that final snugging really easy!

Hardware, like turnbuckles, sure is expensive now days. Though, in stainless steel, the price normally goes even higher. So, getting these at a fairly reasonable cost was nice.They appear to be as described: Very virtually zero magnetic attraction leads me to believe they really are mode from stainless steel.They operate smoothly throughout their adjustment range. However, the diameter of the non-threaded portions of the hooks/eyes is between 8 and 9 mm -- Not 10 mm. This seems to be common with eye-bolts.The maximum (safe) "hook-able" length is right at 13.5" between the outer edges of the inner portions of the eyes/hooks. While the minimum is about 8.5". Meaning 5" of adjustment.
