The 2006 Honda Accord, and likely other years and models, uses two different manufacturers for their radiators. The radiator cap is different between the two. The replacement radiator I received was supposed to be compatible with one brand (Denso), but was truly another. This likely fit a true Denso, but not the V brand.I certainly can't fault this cap, but had to return it because of the radiator - which would be much harder to return.

I bought this for a radiator that I use for a water cooler on one of my lasers. It doesn't leak for my use and should work for the automotive use as well. I am running a higher coolant pressure then car cooling systems run.
