Sharpens well and seems to work nicely after tuning up, had to clean paint off throat and square up the throat to get good performance,

Cheap peace of crap. Recieved today and blade simply will not stay in place. Useless! Dont waste your money.

Might be a cheaper version, but it works amazing with green wood. One of my favourite tools now

I'm no fine woodworker, but I took it apart, put as good an edge on the blade as I could, reassembled it and am shaving my spokes pretty well! The adjustment wheels are a little clunky but do hold their position once you get them there. All in all, it was a good addition to my woodshop!

Price is good, quality seems good- could use BASIC INSTRUCTIONS- but overall for the price it's an ok buy.

As advertised. Takes a little getting used to when trying to get the angle right to do the shaving, but it works and has held up in the couple uses so far

Buying tools that seem far less expensive than they should is always a gamble - sometimes they are great and other times they are not. This tool is not great, it's not the worst thing you can buy for under $10, but for the amount of time you will spend sharpening and adjusting I would advise buying more reputable product (spend a few more bucks). It looks, feels, and acts cheap.

I had this and used it until I moved, back in Dec/2016. Someone broke into my truck! I did enjoy it! I gave it a 5 star, and it lives up to it.
