Fit the I beam nice. Also rolls nice with the 1-Ton Granger electric hoist. Very pleased with the product.

I ordered this for our son's garage where we do a lot of work and utilize a center steel beam. Let me start by saying that we will be able to make this work however its far from what we were hoping for. One wheel doesn't spin freely, the silver piece is oversized spacers on smooth pipe with threads on both ends to put the nuts on. The center spacers made it very difficult to put up because it would slide off the end since there was no threading. A better design would have been threaded spacers so you could get precise spacing, and it would be more secure. It seems to be fine for what we would use it for but if I have to slide it back and forth across the beam it will have to be cleaned and greased the entire way quite frequently to avoid hang ups and issues.

Missing parts. Look like it had been returned and just put back in stock without checking to see if it was all there.

Solid feel, only lifted about half rated ability so far. But was really simple to fit to 4†wide flange I beam

The trolley is rated at 1,000lb capacity, which, based on the materials, seems conservative. The body and hook are made of heavy gauge steel plate, the four cast iron rollers ride on 6002RS sealed bearings. The cross axle has a variety of spacers to accommodate different width I-beam flanges. The rollers ride on steel pins that are welded to the sides, for safety, each side has flanges that are intended to prevent the trolley from dropping should a roller weld break. (Personally, I prefer a through bolt setup for the rollers, however, the safety flanges should illuminate any concern of weld failure.)Installation was quick and easy, simply a matter of adjusting the spacers to match the I-beam width and bolting the trolley together on the beam. Thanks to the 6002RS bearings, the trolley requires minimal effort and runs smooth on the beam.Overall I am pleased with this trolley. It seems heavy duty for the load rating and the materials and workmanship seem good.
