Purchased this item to replace a frayed cord on the hand remote. Ordered unit on Sunday afternoon and it arrived at 7:30 AM Monday morning. No instructions, just needed to plug it in. Works fine to control lift chair. Half the price quoted by chair seller and got it sooner than he would have provided it. Wife uses lift chair and mentined that new up and down lights on the replacement control are not nearly as bright as the original ones, stating that she is happier with the subdued lighting if she has to get out of the chair during the night. For those reviewers who say the up and down arrows are reversed it's easy enough to rotate the control 180 degrees to fix that concern.

The Hommoat Hand Remote Control for Power Lift Chair was a perfect replacement for my lift chair. The chair is a Pride Lift chair is an older model and I was told by the supplier that they no longer carried parts. I found this one on line and took a chance I could make it work. When it arrived I noticed that the connector looked just like the original so I took a chance and just plugged it in. IT WORKS PERFECTLY. A much less expensive solution than buying a new chair!

I like the fact that this remote replaced my old remote that had gone out. It fit perfectly and it works great. The only thing I don’t like is the arrows that points up.they y seem backwards to me from my other remote the arrow dow moves my chair up. The one pointing down move my chair up. I’ve just got to readjust and get used to doing the opposite now, but other than that it works perfectly and it was a great buy because it was much more affordable than the one I had paid for previously.

This product is so easy to install instead of having to replace the chair you take out the old one you plug in the new one and boom it works save a lot of money from not having to buy a chair to fixing the one that I have

I needed a reclining remote replacement. The internal wires were pulled and detached. How? Most likely my fault. The remote got stuck way deep in the cushion and I pulled to remove it.
