The heater and massage remote never worked got very hot, but never turned on the heater or the massage.I want to return it for that reason

It worked exactly as expected. I run an Airbnb and my original got damaged. Got the replacement and just plugged it right in and was back to working. My guest will be happy again.

Perfect replacement, check the wire colors before ordering, they all look the same but have different wiring
