Very cheap plastic. First use the bubble part of the press came off and I snapped it back in. the 3" dumpling mold is very small. I didn't like it. Im getting a regular press.

It is a cheap plastic press. It works but I am constantly having to put the crimp piece back on and it flops around and doesn't sit nicely. If you are only casually making dumplings every once in a while then I would recommend but if you are making a lot or regularly I would invest in something more substantial
