Our ravioli cutter set will teach you the basics from professional pasta makers. How to use your pasta press ravioli makers and ravioli crimper to create delicious ravioli in your own kitchen.
This ravioli and tortellini starter set includes a large ravioli stamp for jumbo ravioli maker and two round ravioli stamps plus a recipe book of authentic pasta dishes made in Italy. We even included a cheesemaking recipe for ricotta cheese for your fillings.
A homemade pasta maker doesn't have to be a fancy pasta machine or electric pasta maker attachment. Ask any Italian pasta maker and they will tell you that the best pasta roller and cutter is a manual pasta maker that creates handmade pasta shapes.
When we designed our DIY ravioli kit, we wanted homemade ravioli making tools that were firstly easy to use and secondly a ravioli press and cutter that would work as both a dough cutter and sealer, so you didn't need a separate ravioli wheel cutter or ravioli tray.
We have customers who use this set as a dumpling maker mold and a wonton maker, cookie press, mini empanadas maker, fudge cutter, and even as fondant cutters.
Professional pastry tools like square cookie cutters and biscuit cutters with fluted edges can be difficult to find so why not use a ravioli mould and cutter pasta utensil?

Make the dough and then do your thing. These work great. Super basic but it’s all you need. Wife says to use a fork but min are way better that hers issuing these. As a matter of fact, everything I cook is better than hers with or without these. She may yell and scream but that’s the facts!

Nice looking set but a little lighter weight than thought they would be. We like ravioli so we got these so we could make it from scratch together. Much better than what you buy canned or frozen! The booklet with it has some nice recipes.

Great 3 piece set. I'm loving making my own Ravioli. The small is small, however the square produces restaurant sized raviolis and the bigger circular maker, makes decent size ravioli.
