We had a slight flapper leak in our Toto toilet, which has a 3 inch connection between the tank and bowl. The original flapper had begun to deteriorate. This replacement flapper is made of silicone and is nearly exactly the same size as the original (see pic for side-by-side comparison). It fit on the overflow pipe's stems nicely. Adjusting the length of the chain was easy: Simply pull the balls through the small end of the hook, reposition the hook as needed, then push back through the small end. All in all a fine product that does exactly what it needs to do. No more leaks!

These are universal but make sure your toilet takes 3" flappers and not 2". They work great and are very easy to install. They come packed in their own box so there was no warping of the rubber. They fit flush so there are no leaks. A great value when compared to the box store. You basically get two for the price of one.
