I replaced my old flag poles out with new ones and within 2 weeks the plastic had broken. Wanted to replace the plastic but keep the new poles. These were just what I needed. They can handle the wind and weather without tangling up. They look great on my aluminum poles are light weight. I bought a size bigger than what I actually needed but they came with longer set screws so they fit wonderfully. Well worth it.

I bought these collars for my flag pole to attach flag, very high quality, polished aluminum,perfect fit, came with xtra set screws and Allen keys to fit. Much better than the plastic ones..

After years of only knowing the plastic type of flippers, I'm thrilled to find these. They are nicely machined and work well.

My flagpole was in great condition, but the mounting rings that came with it were made of plastic! So obviously, after like 2-3 years, the plastic was yellow, and shattering and breaking apart. Rather than replacing the pole kit, I found these mounting rings made out of stainless steel. They fit nicely, tighten easily and looks great! Saved money and kept using my flagpole!One note, you will need to spray some oil (I used Houdini lock lubricant) to the metal rings so that they move more freely. It will definitely help with less tangling of the flag.

My old flag pole was still in good condition, but the mounting rings were just poor quality and did not work right. The flag would tangle and the bottom ring freely floated and would slide up the pole in the wind and my flag just looked terrible.I wanted to buy a new pole and stumbled on to these flag pole rings. They are made from aluminum alloy with a set screw to secure the ring to one position on the pole. So the top and bottom of the flag stay at a set separation. The set screw allows you to freely adjust the bottom ring for different flags and sizes. The rings have 360 degree rotating flag mounts with a spring loaded clip. This setup allows for free rotation of the flag in changing wind directions without tangling or wrapping around the pole. The clips are also super easy for clipping and securing your flag.Installation only took a few seconds for each ring, and they fit perfectly to my old 1 inch aluminum flag pole. These gave my old flag pole a new life and saved me some money. I am super happy that I bought them and I am positive that they are very durable. Now my flag pole will more than likely outlast me. These rings will fit any 1 inch pole and will work with any flag with grommets.I highly recommend these rings. I received them today, installed them immediately after arrival and tested them out. Medium winds, 4 hours later and a perfect flying flag. They are a fantastic deal and value for the price, and they will allow you to keep your existing pole. No more flag wrapping around the pole, twisting and folding together on itself. I rate this product with 5 strong stars.

Ive had this out for about 3 months. I came home to my flag only holding on at one end... it turns out the carabiners are aluminum and wore through all the way.The pole mounts are still fine but the carabiners are done.

The rings are solidly constructed and come in a sturdy small box along with extra screws and a wrench for installation on our existing flag pole.

I use them for some flags at festivals, for what I use them for, they are awesome.Granted have not let the flag fly during high winds, but perhaps I'll test it and let you all know
