The threads were correct and the fitting is made well. The gaskets were also nice and worked well

Genius here bought a new adapter to connect my new hose reel to the faucet. And I didn't pay close attention to the whole male-female connector thing. So bought these to complete the connection. They work well. But they do leak a little (by which I mean some water sprays out past the ends). Still glad I got them because (if you don't mind getting sprayed a little) they get the job done.

These are water tight and seem well made. I used teflon tape and they work fine. Can’t ask for anything else.

For some reason my hose connector got stuck in my power washer's inlet connector which became a real problem when the hose got pierced and leaked in several places. The only thing I could do was cut off the hose from it's connector and disconnect the entire inlet connector, including the stuck hose connector. Seller did not carry that IC any longer so I started looking for connectors smaller than 3/4 inch. Found this one for a reasonable price and it fits nicely. My power washer became usable again.
