These pins are nicely machined, and the detent ball works as designed and smoothly. These will be used in a marine environment and will hopefully hold up over time. As with anything exposed to Saltwater the will be rinsed after use and I coated them with CLP as a preventative measure.

Much better fit and for the application used on than others offered at local retailers and at close to half the price. Given I did not use them on a trailer hitch.
