Here’s my original ones next to the new ones. This is off of my 96 Grand Cherokee Limited. The hatch rattled like crazy and I had to adjust the latch all the way in to minimize it before. With the new bumps I made some adjustments on the stops and moved the latch back out to a normal position and now there is no more rattling and I don’t have to push in on the hatch to pull the handle anymore.I have a four star because they don’t fit snugly around the bolt heads for the stops and when the hatch is open they look floppy. But if you only care about if they work, they’re perfectly fine.

Installed these on my 00 Cherokee yesterday evening and went on very quickly with some WD40.I went out for dinner and I came back to see my interior lights on. I checked the dimmer and made sure it was off. I then thought maybe the bumpers are holding the tailgate up enough to set the lights on. I removed the bumpers and the lights went out. This morning I adjusted the treaded studs behind the bumper to 1 1/16 from body to head of stud, reinstalled bumpers and boom lights are out and tailgate it nice and snug. Just a FYI for other customers. Will see how they last. I previously purchased the Dormans and they didn’t last very long so decided to try a different brand. Recommend to all AA++

El material del que está echo es muy duro, le quedo perfecto a mi Cherokee XJ 2000, pero al no ser un poco flexible hace que tenga que cerrar la puerta con mucha fuerza para que cierre bien, aunque igual cumple con su función
