I don't use these often, but when I need one, I have it. Nylon bristles are great for now & then.

These are ok brushes to cook with - bushing on sauces on meats and so forth. For baking, though, they are way too stiff. You wouldn’t want to brush egg on a pastry with them. For other things they’d be fine.

The brushes are fine, but the set came in a plastic over heavy paper container. It looks like the brushes got stuck in between the two pieces and got bent. They do not go back into place. I will try cutting those off. Product not bad. But the package van damage the brushes.
