Very simple recipe, egg, milk, salt, sugar, flour, and these pans produce exquisite pop overs. Made berry compote for them. Expect crab newburg would be great too. Or add savory herbs to eat with prime rib. These pans turn out perfect pop overs.

Bought as Christmas gift for son, we'll made, quality as good as or better than mine, haven't been used yet but no stick surface feels like it will hold up for years
