This pot lid organizer was easy to install. The base is one piece. I screwed it in rather than use the tape. Dividers are easy to put in after installation. It works well. I also ordered one from a different vendor which came in multiple pieces and difficult to put together. I kept this one and am very happy with it. Recommend and would buy again.

The rack has bottom mount slides, so it gives you the maximum amount of room in your cabinet for the mount. The photo shows the pans handle up, but if you were to mount them in that manner, they would take up two shelves worth of space. I put the rack in the bottom of my lower cabinet, and I use it primarily for the lids to all my pans. For that it works well, and keeps everything organized, making it easy for me to put them away. If I were to use it for pans, the handles would themselves take up too much space.The slides have adhesive strips on the bottoms, which helps with mounting it, holding the rack in place while you screw through the guides to affix it permanently. The bars can be removed, for wider items.

My pots and pans looked like a mess prior to this organizer. After installation, the cabinet looks great! I ended up using the sticky tape that came with the product, and it has held up wonderfully.

I have something similar to this that goes in the cabinet and is made to hold plates, but it just doesn't work that well. Because it is made for plates, the pans/pots and lids are too close together, which makes getting them in and out a chore. Additionally, it is a fixed device and doesn't slide. This one is much better, not only is it well made, but there is plenty of room for my pots/pans and their lids to be spaced well enough to allow for easy removal. Having the slides on it means that I don't have to get all into the cabinet to find the right pot or pan, and the adjustable dividers make it super easy to accommodate a wide variety of pot/pan sizes.

This is a great pull-out organizer. This provides you with everything you need to install it in your cabinet. This really helps keep things organized. This was an affordable way to organize.

My pot and pan cupboard now feels very high end and luxurious instead of the chaotic mess it used to be. This is fantastic and easy to install. I used the screws, so I can't speak to the longevity if one were to use the adhesive method, but mine is solid, quiet, and very nice!

I bought this to help organise a kitchen cupboard. I never find anything I want easily, this had made finding things easier.It's made of coated black metal, it feels solid and is easy to install.I used a hair dryer on the double sided tape used to stick it to the cupboard floor ( screws are provided as well) to make it more malleable and soften the glue a little.
