This is one of those products that make you wonder why someone didn't think of it sooner. If you've ever fumbled with threading hex nuts in a blind spot, relying solely on touch, these long nuts solve that problem. You can easily grasp them, much like a ChapStick tube, and guide them onto the thread more easily than flat hex nuts. Simply brilliant!

All of it was too small for standard sized toilet in the US. This maybe correct for a standard size in a different country

I had a toilet tank crack and rather than replace the whole unit, I went to my local hardware store and they had a replacement tank. It wasn't the same model but the holes were "almost" the same distance apart. I tried some cheap hardware that came with the tank but that leaked. I bought these as they had the tapered rubber washer... they worked PERFECT!!!.. Although just slightly off-center holes, the tapered rubber slipped into the tank hole and sealed it. Saved me a lot of time, money and trouble in otherwise having the whole toilet replaced!!!!I replaced the tank months ago and used these bolts. Still no leaks. Even if I have to replace the internals of a tank that is the exact fit, I will always use these bolts with the beveled rubber washers again... they eliminate leaks and they eliminate the more problematic issue of over-tightening bolts to eliminate leaks.Worth the money to do the job right the first time.

The pictures are deceiving. The washers are not as wide as they state and they are too thin to be any good and must be replaced. Washers are cheap why include such thin washer for the price of this kit? Ridiculous, they are cheaper than the ones that came with the toilet. I had to go to the hardware store to get washers why not just build this set while I was there? I am skeptical that the top rubber grommet will work since it is really small in it's own right and seems to barely cover the holes. I have installed on one toilet and not yet bothers with the other two. If it leaks within the first couple days I will not be surprised and they will be returned. These are for toilets with really tiny holes.Update: 11/14/23 Installed one toilet returned the other 2 because the first one is still leaking and I don't feel right about returning this used. The rubber grommet at the top "IF" you center it perfectly it might not leak otherwise the holes in the toilet to put this in are just too wide to make this work easily. I have replaced it with a cone shaped grommet in another kit. Avoid these.

Long washer was not threaded inside. one bolt set was very good. Other set was not threaded correctly.

These are good quality bolts. I especially like the long washer nut to keep them in place. They come with the rubber washers and a regular size nut. Everything you need for the job.
