I’ve been using these two torch lighters to light my gas stove everyday for two months now, and is please to say it has not quit on me. It’s useful indoors, as well as outdoors for family and friends BBQ weekends. And boy, we do a lot of barbecuing throughout the year regardless of the season. The design of this these lighters are not big, it feels light, making it easy to carry around the house and take along with me days. I’ve had it in my pockets and tossed it in a handbag without ever feeling it weighing me down. You can see the flame is extremely powerful, but it can be easily adjusted. The gas flow regulator can be easily dialed to adjust the flame to your needs. For those who primarily use this for culinary purposes, this should give the balance of control and maneuverability with its light and easy to hold design. Because even I, was able to move the flame around consistently melting cheese, roasting vegetables like eggplant, even s’mores and what not. And thank you for the safety lock to prevent my clumsy self from accidental ignitions. But most importantly to lock in the flames without having to hold it down hurting the fingers. It’s got the looks, functionality, and what a great value for a two pack altogether.

Purchased these for kitchen use and certainly does not disappoint. The slick design, functionality and portability allow for easy use in the kitchen. I’ve been using these to char peppers and vegetables as a time saver in my cooking and they provide the perfect char needed in a fraction of the time. Refilling them is easy and they’ve held up great on my bustling kitchen. Price point is superior given the quality of the torches. You will not be disappointed in the functionality, durability and construction of these.

We used these for lighting fireworks and they worked very well. They did not blow out in the wind and kept a direct flame. Does not come with butane so make sure you get cans of butane refills.

I purchased this product because I work with 550 para cord. I became tired of burning my fingers or another section of my hand using cigarette lighters. Often times when you end a weave or braid the ends that need burning are in a very snug or awkward position to fit a cigarette lighter into for you to melt the ends and smash the burnt end with a flat bar. This usually results in being burned either by the lighter or the para cord itself. These little torches have a narrow flame to them which makes the job a little less risky and keeps you from being burned. I have had them now a couple of weeks and one of them has become almost impossible to light by itself, I have to use a small Bic lighter to ignite it. I have decided to return them, not for a refund but replacement. I received my replacements and my goodness. One of the torches fell off my work table and landed on a rug, The bottom plug where you fill the lighter with butane blew out along with all the butane in it. The other one now has become almost impossible to light unless I use my Bic lighter. So I have determined these things are cheaply made and even possibly dangerous. I've drawn that conclusion from when the plug blew out the bottom along with all the butane. I have also concluded these things are junk not worth spending your money on. At this point I'm not sure if their worthy of the one star I gave them.

Red one doesn't take gas like the blue one does and it's hard to feel the red one and get it to light

I totally love these torches. I bought one for my camper and my home. They’re great for lots of things and I found the quality to be good and I’m pleased with my purchase.

The flame adjustment piece fell off during first use. After filling both lighters, I lifted the tab to adjust the flame length. I clicked the device to light it up and at the same time, the entire plastic housing to adjust the flame fell to the floor. The tab that flips up fell away from the main piece and when I tried to reattach it, the tiny piece of plastic that held it in place came off. The second one hasn’t had that issue, yet. But it’s been less than a day.I was able to force the frame adjustment device back into the bottom of the lighter and control it using thumb pressure, but it’s an overall bad design. I’d rather spend a little more and get a product that’s made well enough to last for a while.
