This would make a great gift for a fisherman. I love senko worms, except how quickly they can get shredded when rigged wacky style. The o-ring trick has been around for years, but this tool really solves a lot of issues, like making it easy to get the rings on the worms and storing them in a way that makes sense.

I've only had a chance to use this on one fishing trip thus far so I can't rate the overall longevity, but it performed well out in the field and made rigging a breeze. Based on the construction, it looks like it's built to last. One of the deciding factors in going this route was based on the fact that it comes with a carabiner and spiral lanyard. It's so light that I have it attached to a zipper loop on my tactical camo bag. If you haven't used o-rings for a wacky setup yet, you need to take the plunge and invest in this tool. The amount of baits saved per trip is uncanny. I went through a senko per fish prior to purchasing. Now I can get through 5 or more fish with ease. Anyone who uses senkos knows that after casting for a period they can often fly off (especially on long casts) when rigging through the bait. The heavy salt content makes them tear easily. The o-ring greatly reduces this problem and with this tool, you are good to go. I'm also very happy to support a small USA based company and I hope they continue making useful products. The tools are great, and the o rings work, but seem slightly too bit for standard senko style worms. I have pulled up numerous bites where the o rings are still there, but the worm is long gone. Honestly though, worth the money, good value for 2 tools, and the o rings are decent, if a little bigger than ideal
