Hole alignment may be a little different ( or not ) but does not create a problem the bottom diameter is correct so line up one hole or the most that will line up and drill the remaining if any with a 1/8 inch bit. The supplied putty will cover any previous unused wholes when sandwiched and screwed down or riveted. I am happy with the product
