This product is approximately 16" by 10". It has good elasticity. You can wear it as advertised but not just to cover your neck - unless your is very large. It is fairly easy to breath through it, but my glasses do fog up if I cover my nose with it. Overall it is a good product at a great price.

Fits as expected. Covers neck and face up to your nose. We used these for atv riding in the rain forest. These can actually be used as a mask. They are comfortable and you can easily breathe with it on.
