Easy To Use
1.Screw the back by rotating it to the right.Do this until the back screws onto the post.
2.Hold the post of the earring with your index finger and thumb.Gently unscrew the back by rotating it to the left. Unscrew until the back slides off the post.
The screw back consists of a threaded post and a nut that is spun on to the post up to the back of the ear lobe. It cannot be pulled off- it has to be fully unscrewed. Your excellent chocie for high value earrings.

Perfect replacement for the screw back that I lost. I was not exactly sure what size screw on I needed. There were two sets (I only needed one), but it fit the back of my earring just right. Not 14K white gold, but silver, so should last and cannot see it anyway! Comfortable on the back side of my lobe and looks like it will last. Good value for two pair.

I figured screw backs were universal for posts and they are not. These are too big for my studs and just slide on and off so easily my earrings were not secure. If your earrings are inexpensive that may work for you, but they do not for me.

Lost an original back to a diamond stud so I purchased these. Unfortunately they were all to big, they slid on and never touched the threads. I even tried the original one from the other stud to make sure the earring thread wasn’t stripped and it worked fine.

I bought these to replace the screw backs on some platinum earrings that had a screw back that was too loose. They work great! My only worry is that after a while they have turned green??? I cleaned them with a jewelry cleaner right before that happened so I’m not sure what’s going on.

I lost the back to my nice champagne diamond studs. I was able to find these screw on backs, to match what I already had, and they are a nice quality gold that do not make my ears hurt.

I lost a screw back from one of my earrings and was hoping these would work. The back screwed right onto my earring with no trouble at all. I think these are staying put better than the original backs.
