TOO TIGHT
Place earring lifters on a firm and flat surface. Then insert a credit card or your fingernail in between the back clips to achieve the desired fit.
TOO LOOSE
Use your fingers to push the back clips together until you achieve the desired fit.
STILL TOO LOOSE
If further tightening is required use needle nose pliers to gently increase the tension. Be very careful as to not crush the shape of the clips.

I have slit ear holes from wearing heavy earrings over the years, so traditional small earring backs will cause a stud earring to fall right out of my ear. These backs are very secure. I can now wear my diamond studs and stem earrings securely without them falling out of my ears and I have no worry of loosing them. Excellent design!

My only complaint about thus item is that the small hole that the earring stem goes into is quite small and tight. I can't get some of my earring posts into them. Once inserted, they work well.

I think it's obvious which backing goes with which earring. The B-shaped backing makes the earring droop, whereas the gold Anchora backings position them perfectly. Hopefully people will spread the word about these and start using them. A+

Great idea, they work fine but they are way too large. With short hair the backs show up more than a small earring.

These are exactly what I needed! My husband bought me new diamond earrings for Christmas, but my holes have gotten too big from wearing heavy earrings! These make my earrings centered and make them pop!! I would definitely recommend these to a friend!

Totally useless. The holes are way too small and none of the lifters fit the earring posts that I needed them for. Very disappointed.
