These have a nice surface finish, no scratches, and packed very well, taped and bubble wrapped. They appear to have been laser cut, there's a very small edge burr on one side - use care handling. These will be useful for fabricating small parts and a good buy.

Careful if you order this. If you are expecting the prices to be exactly 1.5 inches wide, they might not be exactly that width . My pieces had a 1/8th of an inch differential which ended up costing me more money to cut it down to make them even

The metal strip is just under 36in and does not have a brushed finish. I did not read the full description which does describe the product correctly but the title is very misleading.

I got these 2 pieces to use as a straight edges in my workshop. And they should work ok, but not perfect (thus the reason for my rating of 4).a. The bars had very minor bumps on each side, on each end, on each piece. This totals to 8 bumps. I was able to use a metal file to quickly smooth these out. b. The edges on one side were smooth, but the edges on the other side had a small burr the full length of both sides. I was able to remove this with a sanding block. c. When I place the two bars' edges next to each other, there is a small gap visible between them when held to the light. Oddly enough, there's a gap with all four combinations of edges (I'm not going to try and figure out why). For my purposes, I figure the gap is small enough to ignore. d. The bars both have a bend in them. But they are easy to flex, and when I use them as a straight edge, they will lay flat when pressed down on, so no big deal.
