I don’t have extensive metal working tools so I bought this product as it was cut to workable dimensions.It was too hard for me to drill with my equipment and the specialty bits for stainless are expensive and not readily available. I have kept the material, hopefully I’ll use someday.

The flat bar, wasn't very flat. It was sheared to width and had a slight U shape to it, probably great for alot of projects, NOT good for pocket knife bolsters.

Mußte nachträglich noch etwas poliert werden. Dann sah es wieder gut aus. Hab es zur Verkürzung eines Edelstahl-Möbelgriffs verwendet.

Die Platten wurden in einer dämpfenden Kunststoffschaumverpackung geliefert..Die Platten bestehen aus stabilem Edelstahl, der unmagnetisch ist. Die beiden großen Planflächen haben eine sauberer Oberfläche - gebürstet zeigen sie ein feines Linienmuster. Auch die Sägeflächen sind sauber verarbeitet. An einer der Seiten sind allerdings kräftige Marken sichtbar, die vermutlich von eine Vorschubvorrichtung bei der Herstellung stammen dürfte..Aufgrund der hochwertigen Materialqualität (rost- und säurebeständig) eignen sich die Platten sehr gut für Eigenkonstruktionen im Labor und Lebensmittelbereich - auch die Oberflächenqualität macht sie dafür ideal. Meine Erwartungen an dieses Produkt wurden erfüllt und ich bin damit zufrieden - die Marken an der Seitenfläche kann ich, wenn erforderlich, leicht wegschleifen...
