These do what you are expecting them to. They do not get hot or flicker, the build quality is as good as the light strips. I have had no issues with these at all. I wish the connectors were a little tighter as they came apart sometimes during installation.

If you're like me you know of RGB fans, but you don't know much about them. You may know there are two kinds of headers too for controlling them. What they don't tell you is how it all works.To hook up 4 fans (or RGB devices), you'll need one of these splitters. You plug the 4 pin connector from the fan into the splitter, then the single connector into the RGB addressable fan header on the motherboard. The package includes pin kits so you can reverse Male vs. Female ends, in case your fan only has female which many of them do. You also will need to plug each fan into a 3-pin motherboard header! This provides the power, the RGB splitter only provides RGB control. It took a week for me to figure this out.The quality of these fans seems very good, I'm very happy with my purchase. And if I ever build a PC for a friend, I have a spare cable too.

Building a new system is never easy as there are always nuances that come up unexpectedly. I decided to try to give my new system the RGB treatment by including RGB Fans as well as LED strips. Just did not realize that the fans have 2 connections for power and LEDs. Just live and learn. Was searching for LED splitter and this product fit the build perfectly. as I was able to connect the 3 LED fans and the LED strip to the one 4 pin spot on the MB.

Needed RGB splitters for 3 RGB case fans as my Asus ROG Strix B350 motherboard only has 2 headers. Grabbed these through Amazon and they arrived in 2 days. Installed easily and allowed me to split the Asus Aura signal to all 3 fans. Cable was of high quality. I would recommend and would buy again if I neeeed them.

Do NOT buy this cable splitter if your fans have this type of cables to connect to motherboard, they are too loose and therefore won’t work. It was my mistake to buy them without considering what the cable of my fans were. Otherwise, I guess they are good for what they are meant to do. I can’t tell if they work though since I was unable to use them. 3 stars because they didn’t work for me but it was mostly my mistake.

I have only 1 Mobo RGB connector and now have 5+ RGB components so I needed to split and this set of splitters is just what I wanted. The cables seem to be good quality, the product was inexpensive and it's doing what it said it would do. Recommended.
