Soft, easy to wash. It took time for my cat to try it out because he didn't like the sound of the top and bottom layers when he steps so I put in on a towel and he loves it. It's not radiant heat or anything but where he lays it conserves enough heat to keep him comfortable when sitting on a chair next to me. I plan to use the other one in an emergency winter cat shelter.

Nice size, easy to move around. Cats definitely seek out a bed with this under a cover.Good value for the price.

I do like the look and size of these pads and they have a non-slip type of bottom kind of. The only thing is that I did not feel any warmth from them when testing them like I do with other self-heating pads. They are mainly used as a just a regular mat that the cats like to sit, lay or sleep on.

I keep them on my shelves for her and she uses them daily.

These pads aren't padded. The photos are misleading. They're just two pieces of thin material with a thin layer of reflective material. Not much thicker than a washcloth or microfiber towel. For $17.99 they are a ripoff.

Very thin mats. But they work great. Now that it is cold, I notivce the cat chooses these mats.

I was a bit dubious that these would do much, but they obviously do as we have 4 cats who like to bagsy a seat on these when it’s cold, so much so that we think we need more!
