This is the perfect size food dish for a mouse. It's shallow enough for him to easily access. This is not big enough for a water dish for any animal.

These are adorable. Just the right size for hamster treats. I wouldn't use it as a water dish, its not deep enough. Good quality. Definitely recommend.

we used these for our hedgehog, they are pretty small, however. If I would’ve read a little bit more clear I would’ve known that so I’m still giving them five stars because they are good quality and are awesome but our hedgehog is just a little pig apparently.

These are very small ceramic shallow dishes that originally were created for dwarf hamsters. Right now my small parrotlet is having neurological issues and having trouble hopping up onto her food dishes. These are shallow enough that she can walk up and eat without climbing in them, but they’re ceramic and have enough weight so that they don’t tip. It’s like she has a giant lipped plate. It’s great foe her veggies/greens and birdie bread and cereals. Additionally, I was extremely impressed with how they came packaged. eqxh wrapped in a small bubble wrap envelope, then into a padded Manila envelope, then another bubble wrap envelope held the two I ordered. Then they put it on a big enough box that whoever packed it packed it with crumpled brown paper. Call me impressed! Arrived in perfect condition! Thank you!

For the syrian hamster it is too small because the food inside almost fall all the time.

She loves sitting on top of the bowl to eat from this dish and loves that it’s not too deep dish of water. Perfectly sized for my dwarf hamster and beautiful too.

Was expecting to be a bit smaller for my tiny Russian dwarf hamster, which was my fault. she likes to swim and splash around in her water dish.🤦â€â™€ï¸ very easy to clean. could be cheaper, $10 a bowl. could get half or even less than half the price somewhere else if found.
