Not exactly the size as described. They’re actually smaller. One of these is not big enough for a hamster, unless you plan on filling the bowl 2x a day for just one hamster. I suggest getting a size bigger than the “mini†for a single hamster. Just my opinion.Outside of that, they are exactly as they’re described.

They’re a little small for guinea pigs because they can be easily knocked over, but they work well and my piggie loves them! I use one for pellets and one for water (I also have a water drip) definitely get another source of water like a drip because the bowl is small.

I have an elderly, arthritic cockatiel who can no longer perch and struggles to climb just a little. Most bird feeders are totally unsuitable for him. I’ve been trying to find containers that will work, and these seem to be doing great. They’re low enough and have no perches or other obstacles, so he can reach the contents easily. They also seem to be too heavy for him to tip over. Perfect!

We use these for our hedgehog. She used to dump her food. Not with these dishes. They’re small enough she can’t get in them. They do need filled daily due to size but it also prevents over feeding.
