These molds are awesome. My wife was able to make excellent and delicious chocolate bars for the family and we enjoyed them! It took about a couple of hours for the chocolate to set and the bars were nice and large. I wish there were more I could say about it but I can say they work perfectly and we recommend them!

The moulds are easy to clean and separate the contents from.You can make thick chocolate bars with ease. However, I wanted to try my hand at chocolate bars with filling, such as nuts or candy. Perhaps, when I get a little better, I will try peanut butter filling.I did a batch of chocolate with ground almonds added to the chocolate. The results were excellent, for a first attempt with a low bar expectation. I made two bars (one mould) each bar has ten squares. I do need to up my chocolatier game to make a more robust bar. However, these moulds will help me get there, once I figure out the secret to this style of chocolate bar.These chocolate bar moulds are recommended based on ease of use, easy removal of the bar, and easy clean up. The moulds are fairly priced and I found the quality of the mould to be better than I originally expected. Good quality silicon molds.Very easy to use and clean.Also easy to remove the bars from the molds.I’m able to diy chocolate bars at home and customize them to my liking, the design is very comparable to what I can buy in the store.The molds function well in the freezer, they’re also capable of baking with.
