I was somewhat concerned if this all-directional cleaning brush, would work on my bicycle chain - as it also encompasses much larger motorcycle chains. I need-not have worried - as it does an excellent job - making the usually pain-staking and messy process fast, simple and extremely effective - for chains of all sizes - and sprockets/gears. This product is very well designed, with quality materials - and extremely great value.

I have one of those chains that "require no maintenance" which is obviously not 100% true, however to say reduced maintenance does seem accurate. With that, my chain gets somewhat dirty at times and i want to clean it, but without wire bushes that might harm the coatings on the chain. This pair of chain cleaners work great for that. The bristles are firm enough to clean in a reasonably efficient manner, but i'm not worried about scraping off the coatings.If you don't have one of those chains, this brush will still do a great job of cleaning your chain, though i'd probably not use it on rusty chains, but you shouldn't let that happen anyways.
