This is an adequate foot rest. It's light, easy to pack and carry, and easily adjustable. It is easy to knock over when in a raised position, but how often are you moving around with your foot up? It easily adjusts to what ever chair I'm using from barstool to folding chair. Good value for the price.

Many guitar players fail to raise their leg to the proper height for form and slump over their guitar. These are portable and adjustable and place your "guitar leg" comfortably. Mine came as a two pack and were much less expensive than other models offered. They are well constructed, metal, and very adjustable with a rubber tread where your foot goes. Mine adjust enough for me to use it while sitting on a tall barstool.The only issue I have with these is that the "footprint" is very narrow and a little bump knock's them over before you settle your foot down. Not a game ender. It is most prevalent when you adjust the pedal/step to its' maximum height (taller than it is wide). This is an issue if you use it standing up or on a tall stool.These are very portable (a little heavy for their size but they are well made metal) and like I said previously I received two for less than the price of a single in the other models.

In the pictures, you’ll see this foot stool side by side with the Donner foot stool. I am convinced they are identical (except the Donner one is branded with the word “Donnerâ€). They also feel and weigh the same. So for my money this $22 pair is a value at $11 a piece vs the single $16 Donner (I also wanted one for my office and one for the living room).
